<p><strong style="color: red;"><u>Update 9-25-2020 12:00 AM Eastern Time</u></strong></p> <p>Please do not update your Apple devices to iOS 14. There are several problems with iOS 14 that causes PoolTrac to take longer than normal to load, alerts are not displaying, and photos are not uploading like they should every time. These do not occur in iOS 13.x. Apple is currently working on releasing an update that should fix it (14.1?) but we dont know when that is. Also they have not accepted our App update that we have been waiting on for a couple weeks now, as soon as they do accept it you will get a notice when you open the App to download the new update.</p> <br> <p><strong style="color: red;"><u>Update 6-26-2020 4:30 PM Eastern Time</u></strong></p> <p>Please be aware there have been reports of the Apps creating multiple Check In's to Pools. It appears to be tied to Power Management or Adaptive Battery changes that have been installed in recent updates. We are working on changes to bypass the problem but for now we have a work around that seems to be effective. <br> On Samsung Devices their new Adaptive Power Mode is causing PoolTrac to reset the Pool Menu. please disable it. Until Apple accepts our app the only thing you can do is WAIT whenever the Sync message is on the screen. Do not lock your phone or leave the App until it is done syncing.
